“Hello, im having a problem with my LG PK5 speaker. The speaker's bluetooth keeps disconnecting from my phone, I tried reseting the speaker but that didnt help. Do you know what is causing this issue and what can I do to resolve this?”

• I am having the same problem. My husband has a samsung note 10 and it stays connected but my galaxy 24 ultra will not.

• Same problem. Tried the reset button on back, tried disconnecting from phone, resetting Bluetooth pretty much everything. No solutions.

• Hey sapphire, have you tried maybe resetting your phone? And if that doesn’t work, go to Bluetooth and forget the Bluetooth name and reconnect it again. I’ve had this problem before with my previous speaker and that worked
