I am having the same problem. My husband has a samsung note 10 and it stays connected but my galaxy 24 ultra will not.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey sapphire, have you tried maybe resetting your phone? And if that doesn’t work, go to Bluetooth and forget the Bluetooth name and reconnect it again. I’ve had this problem before with my previous speaker and that worked
