• You can exchange it if you have the receipt. When I was doing the water test with my new case I noticed it was leaking water and had a hole in the plastic cover where the camera shows through. Took it back to Best Buy and they exchanged it no problem

• Life proof has a warranty. I just submitted mine. They charge $4.99 s/h and they are suppose to send you a new case. We will see
