• You have to take off the plastic protector

• I have had that in the past and Lifeproof said it is nothing to worry about. That being said they have a great warranty and will replace it very quickly if it needs to be.

• I had something similar but found out that it was because I still had a screen protector on my screen. Once I took it off, the case closed perfectly.

• You are not alone!! That's the only thing that's making me consider exchanging it for another case. If the new one has the same issue, then Houston we may have a problem!! Other than that I love the case.
