Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The rubber seal in the charging port flap fell out within 2 weeks. I have to keep taking it out and putting it back every time I charge my phone. Once, with the seal not in place but the case on, I dropped it into a sink with running water. I quickly got it out but there was water in the charging port area. That seal really needs to be there. I believe the phone still works only because of the water resistant properties of the Galaxy s5 and not because of the lifeproof case. I won't buy another product from them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the phone itself is damaged, don't rely on the Lifebox to make up for and/or protect from further damage.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The S5 is already water resistant. It can be submerged for a half hour up to an certain dept level. However, if you contact Lifeproof, the will send you a new case. You just have to open a warranty case.
