Yes - my phone was dropped in a toilet and it was fine.

NO!! The packaging leads you to believe that it is, but my phone was splashed by water and the case did not protect it.

Yep-we have used ours on vacation in the pools and ocean-works great-no leaks or anything.

Yes, as long as the audio port is csealed with the case equipment, then it is submersible.

Not recommended to fully submerge- however my daughter accidentally dropped it in the toilet and pulled it out immediately. It did not ruin the phone! Hope this helps...
