I called and went back and forth with Best Buy customer service today. In the end I was told that since this is a cyber Monday deal, they cannot be preordered and I can't get a rain check on this price. I asked why they were on the website, and listed at a sale price if they can't be ordered and thats when they hung up the phone on me. No joke. I understand that today must have been an extremely busy day, but to hang up the phone on a customer who has a legit question? That's fine, they can keep the cases.
