• Yes. I have warrantied my case in the past that I bought from Best Buy. Lifeproof replaced the case with no problem.

• You can call the manufacture and attempt to enforce a warranty but you can't buy insurance from best buy

• Lifeproof has a lifetime warranty. There is aphone number to call in the box the phone covercame in.
