“Anyone else having issues with the Lifeproof Fre Power for the iPhone 6? The case will not charge the phone at any battery level. I've seen what videos there are to use the charge feature but the only thing I get are 4 led lights to flash once then off.”

I have had great success with as many as 2-3 additional charges a day. One must push and hold the back button for a few more seconds. It sounds as though you might not be pushing long enough and merely getting the lights that tell you how much charge remains in the backup.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar problem. I took the case back to Best Buy and they replaced it. The only thing is that there are many similar models, but they will only replace it with the same one, so I had to wait while they mailed me a new one.
