I don't have a tempered glass on my iPhone 7+---however, I have this case and there should be enough room in there for it.

But the touchscreen may have a hard time detecting your finger pressure through the plastic on the Lifeproof on top of another screen protector. I've been doing this with many of the previous iPhones with a screen protector added on. The other option is to get the Nuud model, if they have one made for the iPhone 7 Plus, with the open screen area using a screen protector without the added plastic from the case.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's a tight fit. I had one and noticed the bulge in the plastic screen protector so I just removed the glass one. It was a cheap one anyway so I wasn't worried about it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not see any reason why it shouldn't be an issue...Best bet is have Best Buy Rep install it at the store and see how it works. This is my 3rd case on an iphone...love it..Great protection and touch through cover to screen...It seems to interfere with thumb touch ID...otherwise great!
