• I seen this before but it also because when it's on special they sell fast I was able to find my lifeproof during special grant it they were out of the pink ones but gentlemen was more then happy check a store nearby that had it in stock even asked if we wanted him call and verify. Idk about person helped you but bestbuy always helps us out
