• No it will not. This case holder is just big enough for the thickness of the Lifeproof case and it holds it very snug in it.

• I can't say if it can, because I don't have one to test it out with. We wanted to purchase the whole set of Life Proof with case and clip from Verizon, but they were out-of-stock on the clip. We were able to locate one at Best Buy.
