“Can you use a third party screen protector with this case I am more concerned with screen protection than waterproofing. I have not been very happy with otterbox defender. I cannot seem to find a Lifeproof Fre for ipad air 2. Can I use a tempered glass screen protector with the nuud case? I uncerstand that this may compromise waterproofing. Are there other issues to be concerned with it I decide to do this.”

• Yes, you can. They don't advise it because it's not necessary, but I have a screen protector on mine and (so far, knock wood) it has not impacted the waterproof factor AT ALL, not even while swimming in shallow water.

• Yes. I currently have one glass screen protector and another on top for anti-glare. It is still waterproof. In fact I believe the extra thickness adds pressure to the silicon seal.
