The case doesn't have a screen protector built in but it comes with a removable screen protector. It is also waterproof. Not just under water running from the sink. If you follow the instructions for the underwater test, the testing materials will convincingly demonstrate the cases ability to protect the phone from water. I like having the nuud case because it allows me to interact with the phone as the manufacturer intended touching the actual screen and not a cover.

One will work as the BB rep at store had same case but he put on the screen protector as well. I prefer using without it for the original screen feel without a cover over the screen. My cover passed the water submersion test. They include a tester so you don't have to risk your iPhone with testing. Mine passed. If not send it back for another and retest the new case.

But most people like myself get worried not having something protecting their screen. When I had the iPhone 5s LifeProof nuud I bought a Teqii Glass² Mini with it. The Glass² Mini is a tempered glass screen protector made specially to fit with LifeProof nüüd cases. Tempered glass is a huge upgrade over the plastic protector that comes in the box.

Please try again later.The price is steep, i know that but these are not cheap plastic cases, the reason the nuud has its own glass protector is because other ones from different companies would make it so that the case would not seal correctly on the phone. If you are looking for a screen protector for your phone, this is the WRONG case for you. but if you want to have your phone fully water proof (i have wadded in chest high water i am 6' and have had no problems) then this is the case for you. The new glass for the iPhone screens are very durable and can handle daily abuse.
