• According to the details on the case the Nuud cases are water proof on the iPhones (that's why I got one). So I would say yes, it is water resistant/water proof for the iPhone.

• They claim to be water proof, they are not. I ruined a very expensive phone putting it in water because of their "guarantee" This warranty/guarantee does not cover devices unless you purchase directly from wireless carrier and follow directions that are not given. My advice, don't get your electronics near water, even with this case
