“When I call someone they cannot hear me on the other end how do I fix this”

I had that problem too initially, but I took the phone out and re-installed the phone into the case paying careful attention to making sure that the volume/vibrate button was installed correctly in the slot. Once i did that, the mic must have lined up the way it was supposed to and I havent had any problems since. Hope that helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to Settings - General - Accessibility - Phone Noise Cancellation, and turn this feature Off. This noise-reduction function uses the rear microphone (near the camera) to cancel ambient noise. Since this case blocks the rear microphone, the noise-reduction feature will not work properly with the phone in the case. Leaving this feature On will mess with the voice quality. Turning it Off will resolve your issue.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There's only one way, it is to use a pressurized air in a can to clean the mic filters. They are very fine to let in only air and vibration, therefore require cleaning.
