It doesn't cover the screen but yes there is a protector included

The NUUD case does not need a screen protector. It comes with one that you can put on after you securely fasten the case over the phone.

It is open, but there is a waterproof seal around the screen so nothing gets in. I love it!!!

it's open screen. it does come with a optional screen cover but it is not part of the case.

It does come open on the screen area but it also comes with a scratch guard for the screen.
