No. The cover doesn't cover the Screen that's why the nickname "NUDD"

No, this case look great but the glass is exposed. Yes. It is still waterproff with the glass exposed because the case has a seal around the screen. But if you drop the phone face down and there is a rock or something. There goes your exposed screen.

It doesn't cover the screen but it came with a scratch resistant shield, I didn't use it. I drop my phone all the time and ( knock on wood) it's been fine.

No, it comes with an optional clear protective sticker that acts as a scratch guard but wothou it, the case does not cover the screen. It is tightly sealed around the screen though.

No it does not. It does not have a built in screen protector so the screen is unprotected against direct impact or scratches. They do provide a thin screen protector that will protect against scratches but not impact. Don't use a tempared glass screen protector. I learned the hard way that they get in the way of the case making a perfect seal on the screen and will allow water in.

This will cover the entire phone.
