• It has a rubber sealant outlining the screen that is supposed to keep water from entering. I wouldnt get this case with the intention of taking underwater photos. A little splash shouldnt hurt it though

• It is waterproof. The front piece has rubber gaskets around it to prevent water from seeping in. But I do recommend the water proof test first before putting it on your phone!
