Correct, this is why I got this and it has a mesh covering the audio ports

Yes it does cover the charging port when not in use with a rubber cover.

Yes. There is a small flap that you pull away to plug in the phone and put back in the case were not in use

The case has a thick rubber flap that covers the charging port and fits perfectly
