Yes, the native Apple charger fits perfectly. If you have an aftermarket cable that has a thicker base you might have some difficulty depending on the charger.

If you mean the vertical standing lightning dock like the apple store then the answer is NO.

It’s too thick to dock with my Bose Sound Dock, but a lightning extension cable did the trick.

The case does wrap around the bottom corners, so depending on the type of dock you are using, it might add some depth. But most of the bottom of the case is open. So, if the dock has a cradle-type design, it will probably sit about 1mm off the base. If it's more like the dock I have (Twelve South HiRise), it will sit flush like you don't have a case at all.
