Can these be used outside around pool. IP rated? null

They are stated as indoor lights. Not for weather exposure.

Not really water proof due to the connectors but can be done with the right diffuser. Amazon has flexible silicon diffuser strips that could be used to make them suitable for outdoors. Out of the box no.
