“If you plug in all 3 strips to the power supply will all 3 light up? Mine only lights up 1 strip when all 3 are connected. Just purchased them yesterday”

They should all light up. Check to make sure they are connected properly. If not you should request an exchange if they are connected properly. They might be broken. I hope this help
