“The ambient light doesn’t work. Is there a trick to this? We used it once and it worked. Today (second time using it) we charged it and the ambient light won’t turn on. Any help would be appreciated.”

I have the same problem, i have has mine for iver year and never use the light . Today I decided to use the light and it doesn’t work on one
