“I just bought these and opened them. I can get them to connect to each other and my phone however one of them will not play any sound. Please advise.”

There is a specific order to set them up: You have to follow the instructions provided with the speakers
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought one as a gift. The family does enjoy it. You may want to YOUTUBE this if someone who bought TWO figured how to merge them together. Best Buy sold recently as a 2-Pack but maybe they can't be Bluetooth together. Maybe only one can play from Bluetooth at a time. Good Luck
