“One if my tikitunes won't charge. Had it plugged in overnight and nothing. The ambient light won't even come on. Help!”

• We purchased ours around Christmas last year. We initially charged it until the red light ring on top went out. If you have done this and still nothing, check the cord? Make sure it isnt pinched or crimped. If still no luck, I'd be taking it back for a replacement. I can tell you, these little torches are Great (once working & charged) the sound, light, and battery life are all excellent! Good Luck and I hope you are charged and rockin' in no time!
