• Once you buy it there's no plan it just extends your existing Wireless so you have more coverage in your home or apartment.

• Hi, Elizabeth. The extender will help to extend the range to the areas that the router no longer reaches and no separate plan is needed. It will connect to your existing wireless connection and will extend the coverage.
