• No, it doesn't really work like that. This is just a wireless adapter to enable a device to connect to your internet providers wifi . What you're looking for is more like a roku, fire stick, chrome cast, ect..ect.. These devices will make your non smart TV more like a smart TV. Hope this helps! Good luck!
