Hello, Did you push and hold the button on the AT&T modem for 3 seconds so the computer can find the signal? Also, did you have the modem password for the network? I hope this helps. -MGB

If it is click on it and see if you can update it if you can select the one that is appropriate for you system. ( usually 32 of 64 bit). Your compter should tell you if your choice is compatible. if it does go back to the set up executable on the disk that Linksys provided. If not go back to the update In your driver folder and check the one that lets you continue. if all else fails call Linksys support on the number listed on the folder your set up disk came in,
