“Can this work on my laptop when my school wifi is slow?”

The adapter will work but I don't think it will work the way you're wanting. The adapter sole purpose is to provide wireless access to non wireless devices. If your school wifi is being slow due to heavy traffic then this adapter won't help. It might help in boosting range depending on what kind of wireless tech you currently have in your laptop but so many things can chop away at the signal there is no guarantee

Hi, Cowboys22. The Linksys WUSB6300 Adapter should work with any windows PC/laptop so long as they run Windows XP, Vista, Vista 64-bit, 7, 7 64-bit, 8, 8 64-bit, and 10 64-bit.
