• I would say this would help. We had the same type system and it kept saying low signal on the door bell camera.

• It will work, BUT pushing through an extender can potentially decrease speeds, so depending on your placement, it could help or it could hurt. If your router is really far away, and you place the extender right in the middle between the cameras and the router, then yes, it will probably help. But if your router is already in a good range so that your cameras pick up the signal, then connecting the cameras to the extender could actually do more harm than good.
