Please try again later.Jason, Mine did not stop blinking either (as the book does say it should) but after 2 minutes it did let me in to the setup program following the instructions. After you complete the setup, it will reboot and after another 2 minute wait, it should go solid white and work. The option is to press the reset button for close to a minute to totally reset the system to factory new. Linksys units seem to like to have a long reset button push instead of just a few seconds as some others. I had to hold my Linksys Router reset button in for over a minute, but it came back running perfectly and has been fine every since. If neither of these work for you, exchange it at Best Buy. It doesn't take but a minute. I had to exchange my first one, but the problem ended up not being this unit but rather my onboard LAN port from Realtek. This unit works very well.
