“I get a 90Mbps signal when plugged into an ethernet port but the signal drops to 25Mbs signal with my computer, or other devices, parked directly next to the range extender on WiFi. Any solutions out there? Antenna screwed in properly.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You are experiencing what extenders typically do. They do try and "extend" the signal, but in doing so, they "borrow" some of the strength for use. My experience with the AC1200 was the same
