I got this for a short time, but after a minute or two, it synced up and connected to my router (light turned solid white). If that was not your experience, I suggest you try again, and check your router’s log to see if the extender is being blocked from joining the network for any specific reason.

The unit is too far away from the source signal. I had to move one of mine twice to find a good solid white signal.
