You have to log into the router, select media prioritization, make sure it is on. Then select settings (which is on the same page) and make sure your downstream bandwidth matches your internet speed. The bandwidth is in Kbps, so multiply by 10. Be sure to click every "ok" button you see, otherwise it will reset to "0". At least that was my experience.
