• Yes. I use Windows 10 / MS Edge as well as Chrome. No problems with either.

• Yes. If fact you need to use Internet explorer or Edge to perform the speed Test in Smart WiFi. Have had no luck with performing a speed test with Firefox. For some reason Adobe flash isn't working with Smart Wifi.
