No, this router does not have an internal modem. This router acts as an access point only between the Internet providers modem and your devices.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does not have an internal cable modem. I use Roadrunner for my internet connection. Not sure if it has an internal phone modem because I had to use Time Warner's modem for my home pho me which is through Roadrunner Ethernet.
