If you are asking whether this router will work with a laptop, it definitely will unless you have a huge multi-story house.

Please try again later.Now a days laptops are pretty expensive however, it all depends on what your daughter is planning on using it for and of course keep in mind how long you would like that laptop to last. She is barley 9 years old so I don't think she'll be doing anything to intense so a 800 dollar computer should full fill her needs. But keep in mind that laptop is going to do the job for a good 4 years. I'm a PC guy how ever when it comes down to durability and work performance I would go with Mac. It is pricey but you really are getting your moneys worth and you shouldn't have to worry about buying a new one in 3 or 4 years. Of course if you take good care of it.

Please try again later.I bought my grand kids each a 7 inch tablet that is thin and not heavy and they can carry it anywhere they are wireless capable all you have to have is internet I had to pay internet for the period of the contract and after that if you wish you can cancel the internet on the tablets and use your home internet service as long as it is wireless ready and they can use the tablets anywhere that has wireless signal and they can put your family or friends code into the tablet, wal la free since family and friends have home internet service your already paying for it anyway why pay twice a laptop is nice too, your daughter will be happy.
