You can use WiFi to connect to other devices that are connected to that router, but without Internet service via AT&T, cable provider or a satellite provider you would not be able to connect to the internet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check if you are using 2.4 mhz or 5.0 mgs. You may want to use the 5.0 if your device has a setting for it. Also an inexpensive extender usually 20 to 40 dollars is a good idea in an apartment I use one and it works well.
