The best way to get the most out of your PS4 is to hardwire direct to the router. If you must use wireless research online how to improve PS4 connection. This will show how to set up and use Google DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). Also understand that Playstation throttles your speeds when you use their servers. They do it to every one. I myself can only get 35-40mbps hardwired and 20-25mbps wireless. It is also worth mentioning that PS4 does not have a dual band wireless card so there is no way to use 5ghz band on your router. This is important because the 5ghz band is faster than 2.4ghz. Hope this helps good luck.
