Hi, Stumped65. Perhaps the router was not successfully set up. Bypass the router and check if the Vonage works directly from the modem.

Go into the Connectivity\Administration section of the router and under the Application Layer Gateway section, UNCHECK the SIP box. This is called SIP ALG by most industry standards. SIP ALG can block or cause one way speech path on SIP audio calls.
