• As long as your source of internet connection supports Ethernet connection, then the Linksys MR8300 should work, WiFiiGUY.

• You will need a modem to get the internet to the house I believe. I have fiber and I have my modem in the basement and this router on the main level. It works absolutely fantastic! I have really good range and coverage and if never drops. Highly recommend this router

• As long as you have an ethernet connection out of your internet feed you can connect it.

• You have to hook this up to a modem approved by your internet provider.
