• Yes this router has parental controls that are easy to use and Linksys customer support is very helpful with it as well. Good luck

• It's supposed to, but it doesn't work. Settings don't block access. Google it, you will see. I had same problem.

• Yes, parental controls are configurable via the web portal, or app. Personally I give all devices reserved IP address, so I can easily look at connected devices and look for any foreign devices. Yet to find any which is great Fixed or reservedip also makes parental controls easier. If device is connected via Ethernet, and also has WiFi, make sure you apply parental controls, to both connections or the kids will circumvent the restrictions
