The router will support it. If you did the automatic setup, the router will set it on the band automatically. If you manually setup the different network bands, you will have to place it on the one you want to see other devices with. If you have different network names for the bands, you may not be able to see printers, TV's, etc....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.4G is mobile data. This is a Wifi router with ethernet WAN connection. If your device doesn't have WiFi you can't connect through this router or any other.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, Cava, 4G is a broadband cellular network technology which is not a system requirement for routers like the EA9500.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You're conflating two separate issues. "4G" relates to transmission of a cell phone signal, whereas these units broadcast wireless ("Wi-Fi") signals at both 2.4 and 5 GHz. These units are for broadcasting a wireless network signal piped into your house by an independent service provider (ISP), such as a cable or telephone (landline, not cellphone) company.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You wouldn't use the 4G on your phone once you are within the vicinity of your WiFi router, it will automatically switch over to WiFi. And besides... why waste your 4G data? If you NEED 4G, I would suggest a 4G "Hotspot" not a WiFi router, but that'll cost more every month.
