The SKU is the same. The new version simply replaced the older 1.1 which replaced the 1.0 versions. You can go to any bestbuy that shows them in stock and check the box. As new models are available, they get integrated with the existing stock counts until all the old models are sold or sent back to the manufacturer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just look at the sticker on the box, it'll either say v2 or v1.1

The V2 will have these specs listed below on the side of the box as well as the bottom of the unit. The EA9500 V2 has: A Quad Core 1.8GHz CPU while v1 and v1.1 has a Dual Core 1.4GHz Both USB ports are now USB3.0 1024MB RAM v2 vs 256MB v1 and v1.1 * Between friends and family we have 4 ea9500’s v1.1 I currently have 15+devices connected at any giving time on the the 2.4Ghz|5Ghz and all 8 LAN ports used. We’re satisfied with the product, it’s been very reliable! I’d love to compare the V2 hardware to what I currently have. Maybe soon.....
