I've never had good luck setting up routers behind the U-Verse gateway. While it works on most routers, I have still had issues (not with this router but I no longer have U-Verse). You can set it up on it's own independent network and go in through the gateway and set up DMZ to the MAC address of the new router.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Definitely yes it will work with AT&T and if you're renting the one you have say goodbye to the monthly fees. You can have 10 devices hooked up on the Wi-Fi and a smart TV too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it will but not as an extender. you will have to set this unit up as a separate Wi-Fi network. This is exactly what I have done and I have AT&T service. This router is superior to the AT&T Uverse one in my humble opinion. The range is fantastic and the speeds are off the chart. you will need to connect it via Ethernet cable from the AT&T unit and follow the simple setup guide provided.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as you have a compatible modem, the router will work.
