Offers up to a 6500 sq. ft. coverage area.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Prior to using the extender we got wifi about 30 ft from router; this extended that from where we plugged it in another 30 feet into a garage that previously did not get signal as well as out about 50 feet into backyard, where also did not get signal before. Key is to put it somewhere near end of current range that has a fairly linear shot at the router (not too many doors/walls) and then you'll get best distance if target from extender is another fairly straight shot.

However, thick walls, metal objects, mirrors, and appliances can cause signal interference that will affect the overall range of your Wi-Fi network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Amanda, That's not really a valid question IMO. The range is affected by the surroundings, placement, and construction. I installed a unit for a customer, in a room that was about 45' away. The regular wifi signal was partially blocked by the equipment in the way, as well as the walls. I put up the extender and the intermittent connection disappeared. Try the unit in your own environment, If it down't work for you, BB has a 14-day return policy,,,NQA. nodlehs
