• It helped in our case. Router is upstairs. Downstairs guest bedroom/home office had a decent signal for most purposes but not for streaming and video meetings. Bought this extender last month and it seems to have done the trick. Plugged it in downstairs roughly half way between the router and the work area. Took a couple of attempts to install and set up but has been working fine since then.
