“I just purchased the Atlas 6 AX3000 and it's working great. I would like to add a "wired backhaul" between the three units and haven't found any info on the correct method. Any recommendations? Already have Cat 5 in place ready to go.”

Hi. Once the nodes are properly setup, you can connect the nodes using CAT5 or higher-rated ethernet cables and the nodes should automatically switch to a wired connection. You might find this link helpful: https://www.linksys.com/support-article?articleNum=217442.
