If you're referring to the Linksys 3 module router set, no. The router set is only a router. I'm not sure if anyone makes a combo modem and router, nor would I even want one. The problem is that when one part fails, the other part is useless. That would likely force you to buy a component that you don't really need, be it either the modem or the router. Besides that, internet / cable providers generally provide approved modems for a nominal part of their service cost, although I would still buy my own "superiorr" modem and not pay for the provider's "marginal equipment".
