• Hi Jed. Though the Linksys CM3016 Cable Modem is DOCSIS 3.0 certified and can work with any cable ISP, it doesn't have voice ports which Arris TM822 has. To know more, check out this link: https://www.linksys.com/us/p/P-CM3016/
